I've been writing software professionally since 2006. Most of that has been backend and data systems that carry real money, real patients, or real users. Not demos.

Right now I'm building backend systems for a global pharma client: Python, Snowflake, RabbitMQ. Lately a lot of AI work: building an in-product assistant with search engines and LLM-powered summarization and indexing across their document corpus.

Before that: four years on pharma genomics, six years as an early engineer at an invite-only creator marketplace that grew to 35,000+ creators, and nearly a decade before that on enterprise billing and IoT-scale reporting.

I'm AWS Certified Developer - Associate and Snowflake SnowPro Core (both 2025). The through-line of the last two years is applied AI: shipping LLM-backed features into real products, not benchmarks.
